My wife arrived at 3:15 to look at a Lexus we were interested in. She was told where the car was but was basically ignored. Then she was refused when requesting to test drive the car because it was too late (closed at 4:00). I guess they don't need or want our business. We will purchase elsewhere.

Best buying experience ever. This was my 1st online purchase. The price advertised on Cargurus was the actual price I paid…no hidden fees, no dealer fee, it was straight forward with no surprises. This is the 1st dealer I‘ve ever found like this, it seemed to good to be true but everything was easy. The price of the car was the best deal I could find, the same car at other dealers was anywhere from $3-5K more..then comes the 1-2K fees. So after everything was worked out & it came time to ship the car, Cox & Co. Motorcar (Mark) found me a transporter for only $450 to get the car from Nashville TN to South Mills NC in just 1 day. When the car arrived I was impressed by the quality of the transporter that Mark arranged, very professional. After inspecting the car I was yet surprised again, I can tell that Cox & Co. Motorcars had the car professionally detailed and waxed along with any scratches the car may of had buffed out, this 2018 Tesla looks, feels and rides like it is Brand New! Best dealer ever! I will be back next time I need another used car!!!

Best experience ever buying a vehicle!! Mark Cox is awesome and I love, love, love my truck. When I’m in market for another vehicle I will be going back here. It feels good to be able to recommend a dealer and know there won’t be regrets.

About 10yrs ago my uncle asked me to go look at a Jaguar for him at Cox Motors. This was the first I had heard of this place and I was IMMEDIATELY impressed! Mark Cox is a great person to work with and there’s one thing you can count on. Most of his cars are in very good condition. Even vehicles 5-10yrs old look like vehicles that are much newer. He is very selective with his vehicles and passes that quality and price onto us. If he doesn’t have anything you like just let him know and he can most likely find something for you quickly. You should never have to worry about where to purchase your future vehicles because you know you’re getting a great vehicle, in pristine condition, at a great price whenever you work with Mark!

Happy Customer, I typically don’t write reviews however, I really wanted to share my experience. From the moment I made contact with Mark I felt like I was a valued customer. The car buying process is extremely stress but Mark and Brandon went above and beyond. There was no pressure to buy even though he spent an insane amount of time helping me and answering questions. The customer service and quality of the cars exceeded my expectations and did not end once I purchased the vehicle. At a time where every purchase seems transactional Mark and Brandon are committed to making the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I contacted Cox & Co. late one afternoon and received a response the next morning from owner, Mark Cox. He was extremely cooperative and professional. We arranged an appointment the next day and I drove to Nashville from North Alabama. He assisted me along the way with directions, etc. The car was a 2013 MB E350 and was exactly as he described. His showroom was inside a warehouse out of the elements and the selection was awesome. My wife and I were like two kids in a candy store and would have bought more cars if we had needed another. The purchase was made in a short period of time without any hassle at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a luxury auto. There is a "sister" dealership in Birmingham AL which carries the same type cars. The website in easy to navigate and pictures of the cars are great. Keep up the good work. Great to meet you Mark. Brandon at Cox & Company made this buying experience great. We bought from him a Mercedes E Wagon for our move from coastal Maine to Florida 1800 miles away. The Benz was better than described when it arrived in Maine. During the move some paperwork got lost in the shuffle. We called Brandon with not much hope he would help us after the sale. We were wrong.It took some time but Brandon helped us out and stayed in contact until everything was corrected. I have purchased many cars online over the years but never had the secure feeling of buying like we did at Cox & Company. We will be back!!
