Great Customer Service

I really enjoyed our experience at Alexander Kia in Williamsport. Kevin, our salesman, was not at all pushy. He answered our questions when needed and allowed us time to discuss each vehicle we looked at. He was very patient and positive while showing us around the lot; and explaining all of the available vehicles and options we had. We test drove two different minivans and ended up buying the second one. We shook hands to buy at 7PM (the dealership closed at 8PM), we knew it was getting late. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there are needed to take the van that night. So, Kevin and a few others, cleaned up our van while we filed the paperwork. At 8PM, they we seeing us out the door and packing up to go home. It was a great experience. I would recommend this dealership and especially Kevin Butler to anyone interested in a vehicle. Thanks again for a very positive experience!

Great Dealership!

This was my first KIA purchase. Dwayne Deska was great. I contacted him through email and set up a time to meet. He was very helpful and great to work with. Mike did a great job too getting me a great interest rate! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a KIA.

Good Experience

I stopped at this dealer to get more information on a vehicle I had seen on the internet, at a different location. After speaking with Jeremy Miller (salesman) he showed me some vehicles of the type I had asked about. One struck my interest, so we went to speak to the Wade Biddle (manager). They were willing to discuss a deal and Mike (finance manager) was especially helpful as he got me a better deal then my own bank.

First Kia purchase

Our first KIA purchase. Excellent deal with low-pressure sales. Todd Kline and Steve Davis were great salesmen. Wade Biddle, the manager, was available to answer the few questions the sales team wasn't able to address. We are pleased with our purchase of a 2013 Kia Sportage. In our opinion Kia offers the best value for a small AWD SUV. Satisfied customer. Thanks!

In need!

My husband and I were in need on a van. Our car that we planned on trading in after tax season ended up breaking down. It was not worth us fixing since we had to get a van anyway with our family rapidly growing in the next few weeks.
