I went to Blaise Alexander Kia and got myself a beautiful

I went to Blaise Alexander Kia and got myself a beautiful USED 18 Jeep Compass. George McGinty-Smith was my sales man and was absolutely fantastic to work with. Me and my mom tend to be a lot to handle and he didn't even flinch when she kept accidentally calling him Magic Mike instead of Markdown Mike. lol. I emphasized the word used because since working in a car leasing company, I understand that things happen that are out of the dealer's control. We have purchased engines that have failed within a week of putting them in the car. You can't always predict or plan for certain things when you get them used but the minute I started thinking something was wrong (which may have just been my anxiety since dealing with other dealerships at my job), they had be schedule to bring it in. They even took me back to work after dropping it off and brought my car to me when it was finished. So far, they have been absolutely fantastic and George has been so patient with me!

Great Experience

Doug and Ken were wonderful. They showed me all the Kia options and I chose the telluride. I love it. The were very efficient with my time. But took time to explain everything in detail.

Great Service!!

Just had my car serviced at the new Broad St location! Excellent service, and Dan Aungst is great with customers. I've purchased 2 Kia Sorrentos and always had them serviced at this Kia.

Service Dept going downhill

The service department has gone downhill the past few years!! I called in the beginning of July to schedule an appt for my car to get inspected before I went back to Florida, my appointment was for July 18th, I took it in, after evaluation, I was told it needed a part that needed to be ordered, would take a day or two at the latest, I explained that was fine, but no later as I was leaving July 25 to head back to Florida n it needed to be done by then, no problem they said! Finally Thursday that week rolls around n I give them a call, she tells me the parts in, but they’re scheduling out to August 4th!!!!! I explained this was not the conversation we had!!! She said there was nothing she could do, so I head back to Florida with my car NOT inspecte, she says “ if you can get back up here by the end of September when the inspection runs out” ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?? Not to mention, they claimed to have fixed my moonroof, it still DOES NOT SHUT!!!!

Terrible experience. Unprofessional.

Unprofessional management. Caution don't do the Blaise the deal it is a gimmick that does a hard credit inquiry and they do not follow up or thru with the deal. Manager did not return a call for 4 business days and then said shop somewhere else.

Very disrespectful phone call from a salesman

The sale and the IOU was good and fulfilled, no complaints their. The mistake will be fixed. The review is, bad customer service skills , I got cursed out and I mean actual curse words along with yelling over the phone by one of their salesman over a mistake they made two times it was heart hurting. Its a used car to them but its a new car to me. Not me hearing how much money was spent, I am a liar, and a problem customer. I am a single black hardworking woman that should I be educated about cars maybe but I am not. The disrespect was horrible. So I should walk outside everyday look at the mistake, be unhappy with a used car as I was told. I haven't even been driving for 45 days , pay on the vehicle every month from their mistake. Rant and yell at the profession painter not me

Disappointing

I spoke with the general manager Wade Biddle at Alexander kia. He was helpful on the phone with me. He said that he can take care of my special request for buying down the interest rate and add it to the total price with zero apr due to religious purposes. I applied for finance and got approved with the tier 1 rate. I agreed to the quoted price although it was higher than the buy-down amount. Everything looks good until the last stage of the purchase. I called and texted him several times so I can come to the store to finalize the deal. He stopped responding to my calls and texts with no apparent reason. I purchased my car from a different dealer with even a better price. But still not clear why he acted such an unprofessional way as a general manager. It was a disappointing experience for the Alexander family brand and poor communication from a general manager at Alexander Kia.

Easy buying experience

Adam and Andrew were great to work with. What I greatly appreciated was a no pressure environment. I shopped around to several other dealerships and stopped in without an appointment to look at the Telluride. The no pressure team at Alexander Kia and the vehicle itself won me over the other dealerships who were aggressively trying to push a sale.
