Truck

They were very nice and helpful. After we took the truck home the check engine light came on. We took it back in and they are fixing the problem free of charge.

Great service!

Great device, quick and accurate . I purchased a Lithia lifetime service when I bought my Camry From Lithia in Medford and have had it serviced many times at Lithia in Roseburg.

The customer service rep that checked me in was SO helpful. She looked up the warranty and showed me what was covered. She was very nice and went above and beyond to help me understand the warranty process. Bonnie Heard, thank you for the kindness....that is what customer service is supposed to be like....

Always good

When it haa come to purchasing or trading a vehicle, Lithuania Ford has always been awesome. I know most of the team that works there and it was a pleasure to see them again.

why the costly repair with such low mileage

the service staff was great, my problem is with ford. Can you please tell me why my f250 with 32,000 miles has a $900 repair bill for an alternator. This is my second f250 in 20 years, I will think twice about ford in the future unless you want to cover my cost on this repair bill. I am really concerned with ford

it was better than i have had in a long time.

i think the customer service could use some improvement. I would like to feel more like there focusing on me as a customer and the person standing in front of them. Little less cross conversation, more information of options and sales.
