I would not take my car to this dealership unless I absolutely had to\. I brought my 2023 Mach\-E in because I had a battery warning on the Ford app, a seat belt sensor error, and it was due for the 40,000\-mile maintenance\. After keeping my vehicle for three days, I received a call saying the battery tested fine and the 40,000\-mile service had been completed, including the tire rotation, fluid checks, brake inspection, and everything else that comes with the maintenance package\. During that call, I was told I needed a new driver’s side wiper arm because mine was “stripped\.” I was quoted around $500 for the repair but was told they could “discount” it to $280\. I checked with another Ford dealership and ordered the exact same OEM part for $53\. That alone made me question the pricing\. Thankfully, the seat belt sensor was covered under warranty\. I picked up my vehicle, and later that same day the battery warning returned\. Then, the very next day, the dealership called me saying they had received an alert that my battery was nearly dead and wanted to send someone out to replace it\. This was after they had just told me the battery was perfectly fine and after they had my vehicle for three days\. Their quote to replace the battery was around $500\. I declined, purchased the correct battery from an auto parts store for about half the price with a warranty that was one year longer, and installed it myself\. While replacing the battery, I discovered the coolant reservoir was completely empty\. I had to purchase coolant and refill it myself\. If the 40,000\-mile maintenance was truly completed, checking and topping off fluids should have been part of that service\. That left me wondering what I actually paid for\. To make matters worse, I had a decorative attachment on top of the rotary shifter that someone removed while the vehicle was in their possession\. It had been pulled off and then loosely placed back on\. No one mentioned it when I picked up the car\. I noticed it immediately because it was no longer secure\. Based on my experience, I have little confidence that the maintenance package was completed as advertised beyond the tire rotation\. While I appreciate that the warranty repair on the seat belt sensor was handled, the inconsistent battery diagnosis, excessive repair quotes, missed maintenance items, and damage to my vehicle left me extremely disappointed\. Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail are what customers should expect from a dealership\. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I will not be returning.

Very impersonal, almost all interactions with service advisors regarding additional services are done via text message even though I’m sitting in waiting area! I’m from an older generation, so that may explain disappointment in communication styles! All other aspects of my visit were ok!

If your looking for used vehicle there's no better place. Friendly, knowledgeable about their product, work hard to give you a good experience, they treat you as a knowledgeable adult and listen to your needs. They value your time. Best dealership around.
