Fine Customer Service
I have delayed this response because there was a problem between my bank and Damerow: My account was charged twice for over $1000. The problem seems to be cleared now, so I'll proceed. I was a satisfied customer of Landmark Ford for over ten years. I came to Damerow with a service problem earlier this year and found myself in the hands of Ryan Lenz. He is, in my view, as good as they get. I've had one more fairly significant service since then. Ryan explained and steered me through what needed to be done. He is one of the main reasons I expect to remain a loyal customer of Damerow Ford. Thank you again Ryan. Tack Goodell

Fantastic service from the Service Dept.
The service department bent over backwards to get this repair done. There were delays in getting parts, but they arranged for me to have a loaner car while my car was in the shop. They kept me informed at all stages of the repair. I am very impressed with the service department's customer service.

very helpful to get me in without an appointment. still finding greasy hand prints on door and sterring wheel etc. that i have to clean when i get home. no big deal. thanks for your efforts!
