Oil change

the staff at Seymour Ford are polite and courteous, will go out of their way to solve the customer worries. Danielle and Melissa in the oil change department are the nicest and the most helpful and customer oriented staff a company could have . Thank You !!!!!!!!!!!

old truck Repair

Had to have my truck checked for front end problems. The service writer Greg was very helpful, polite and professional. All my problems dealt with and repaired. Do not who the mechanic was but he/she did an outstanding job. Seymour Ford is now my go to place for repairs and oil changes. They do excellent work. Considering the amount of work they do, they are very quick and do repairs right the first time.

Tried to sell me new tires and said that was the most important repair because there was a slight difference in tread. Mentioned I rotate and there are more serious repairs. I would have thought that would be more important for safety. Took to another mechanic and said tires are good
