What a great group of local people. Talked with Chase and bought a used Mazda 6 from him. During the sale they had the carfax and shop diagnostics for the car I wanted and used cars under 100,000 have warranties. The low to no pressure approach works with me. Talked with the owner after the sale and he is just a good Montana guy. I finally found a car dealer in Missoula WITHOUT the slick, phoney, tie wearing salesman.

So rare to find a business that is honest, friendly and easy going but yet comes through in so many ways for the customer. They worked with me while I awaited an insurance settlement and then delivered the car to me at no charge. 170 miles from their store mind you. What they say on their website is the honest truth in their business model. A premier dealership with truly good people.

My fiance and I recently purchased a Mazda3 sedan from Flanagan Mazda in Missoula, MT and we had a great experience. The staff (Darrin and Shannon) were very helpful, but NOT pushy. We had stopped at University Motors in Missoula first and were so UNimpressed with the management that we crossed the Honda Civic off our list. They had the exact model we were looking for and they're inventory was exactly as it had been listed on the website. We were there only a couple of hours and drove our new car off the lot. We were so happy with the service we received there that we plan to buy from them again in the near future. We were given a fair deal from the start and did not have to bicker and haggle over the price. I highly recommend Flanagan Motors because it is a small operation (seemingly family owned) with well educated staff that don't SELL you the car... they let the car sell itself. (PS... We LOVE LOVE LOVE our Mazda3!!)
