Internet buyer

Yes, they get testy when you ask for more pictures of the frame. I wonder how many times they've driven several hours to look at a rust disaster car described as very clean or light rust on frame? Once we got past that, Mitchell was great to deal with. (He had no problem with my sending an appraiser over if I wanted to) When I expressed my reservation over buying a car on-line his response was, "Don't worry, I'll walk you through it." And he did. All papers were sent Fe-Ex over-nite with return included. Over the phone he went over each form with me to make sure I signed them correctly. They also worked with the shipper with no issues. The car is as clean as it was in their numerous pictures. But to be honest, the car had an under hood squeal when it was started on the hauler. Did they know? However, I can't say I've never had cars do that sort of thing to me when I went to sell them. I think it's an alternator bearing, no big deal. One very minor and really annoying thing-we unloaded the car in the dark and rain on a side street. When I went to put the plate on there were NO license plate screws in either bumper. I recommend them.

Positive experience

I had a great experience. There was no pressure, and my salesman (Mitchell) seemed eager to please. Vehicle was as described, and there were no add ons to the price, other than tax, tags, and "dealer processing fee" ( which all dealers have, even though it is, in my opinion, a profit tool).

Angry consumer

Bought a car for my son and less then five hours it broke down on him!!!!!! I would not recommend this place at all.

Great experience

I bought a 2009 expedition there a year ago. The customer service was great. No pressure to buy something I wasn't looking for. The buying process was quick and easy. No playing games at all. I will definitely buy from here again.

Toyota highlander

Dealership is ok. They need to be more customer service oriented. During the test drive i pointed that tyre pressure light is on. They promise to fix it before the final deal. I bought the 2008 highlander but while going to home its light comes back. My mechanic told me dealer just reset the computer they should need to change the senser. So feeling hard to get the issue on first day of sale.

Horrible

This is arguably one of the worst dealerships I have ever delt with and I've been to some really bad ones. I will never... never.. purchase a car from these people nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about. I purchased a car from them that not only had different tires on all four wheels but they were basically almost worn out. You are better off buying from a private seller or a reputable dealer that actually sells safe vehicles. Bunch of ameatures.

Honest, professional dealers. THANK YOU STEVE!!

Overall great experience. Nice variety of number of vehicles, around 60-70 or so. Clean vehicles, professional staff. Got approved the same day with a very low interest rate. I have excellent credit, and could buy a vehicle from anywhere really, but I saw their competitive pricing and gave them a shot. I'm glad I did. Saved some money, got a great interest rate, and was treated very well. Honest, trustworthy sellers with competitively priced vehicles. Ask for Steve, the manager. I dealt with him and he was really great. Very professional and a great sense of humor! Just an overall excellent buying experience, I would highly recommend them.

WHAT A JOKE!!!

Is there anything less than 1 star? It should be with this dealership. The 4 and 5 stars are probably made up because this dealership will lie to you in a heartbeat. I first pulled on the lot looking for a used car. This short, foreign guy approaches me and the first thing he ask is, how much money I had? I knew then, that this was a hungry money place. First, he said he was the lot guy later, he said he was the owner. Again, this let me know that they were a joke. There was another customer there complaining about a repair, another red flag. Yet, I decided to test drive the car that caught my eye. When I got in, the airbag light and check engine light was on. The car drove rough and had 3 different tires on it. The 2 on the front were the same but, the 2 in rear were different. I had had enough so, I left. DON'T COME HERE!!!!
