Recently had to upgrade to a Yukon XL to make room for our dogs and kid (planning to have more) Carlos was fantastic! Made sure we brought the baby and gave us all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Carlos was very welcoming and helpful. It was nice to go into a dealership with friendly people wanting to help you. Other dealerships I have been to are low manned and took 5-10 minutes until someone even came to talk to me.
