Vehicle sales is traditionally illegitimate so I never buy used. This time, it was an exception because 1. it was a Toyota and 2. it only has 21K miles so I did take my chances. Kiely - having little to know say as a salesperson - did her best but I still feel that my great trade-in was undervalued thus 4 stars. Otherwise, it was a fairly painless (by dealer standards) experience.
