Nice building.

Nice building. The guy that was to look at the perimeter lighting feature was not available.

After spending nearly a month waiting for my local

After spending nearly a month waiting for my local dealership to get me the pickup I wanted, I called and talked to Jay at Taylor's AutoMax and they had just what I wanted on their lot. After a few negotiations we came to a deal. When I got there they had the door open welcoming me in. After driving 220 miles to get there,they could have easily changed the appraisal value they gave me on my sight unseen trade but they stayed true to their word so we finished the deal in record time so I could get back home before an incoming storm was going to hit. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a vehicle and like to be treated like a valued customer!

Jay was extremely kind.

Jay was extremely kind. And understood everything I wanted. He had options already waiting when I showed up and went off of what I said. He was funny and easy to get along with!!

Bought a vehicle from Taylors Auto Max, and have had it

Bought a vehicle from Taylors Auto Max, and have had it less than six months, have put less than 9000 miles on it, and now I need $6000 worth of repairs to my transmission. Brought this to their attention, and they refuse to help at all and were completely dismissive of my concerns. Will not ever buy a vehicle from this lemon car dealership again.

We apologize for the circumstances regarding the 2016 Tahoe with 137,000 miles that you purchased of August of 2023. Unexpected vehicle repairs can be costly which is why we always offer vehicle service contracts to our customers, especially on older high mile used vehicles.

With having the vehicle less than 6 months and putting less than 9000 miles on the vehicle, had this dealership done their due diligence, and been a business that community members could rely on, I wouldn’t have a failing transmission so soon. Especially after your very own service technician said the transmission fluid was old, discolored and had a strong odor. Implying that your business is in fact not reliable, did not conduct an accurate inspection. Nor did you properly service the transmission prior to the vehicle leaving the car lot.

I have bought several vehicles from Taylors and each time I feel they do everything they can to make my vehicle purchase go as smoothly as possible. This time I was given the opportunity to work with Tommy Willson and I could not have asked for a better experience. He was unbelievably helpful and patient with me.
