Terrible experience felt totally coned and lied to. Took delivery with IOU with several items they said they would fix and didn't. When I attempted to get the promised items repaired I got the run around. Parts were on order for 2 months then I was told the IOU said "repair" not "replace" so they had no intention of fixing the broken top pieces. Temp tags expired I had to go to DMV to get plates. Title never arrived had to call on that. Sold me a InTouch system but forgot to install it. Dont use this dealership they promise you whatever you want to get the sale but not deliver.

Unfortunately, all promises were broken. The sales rep damaged the rim by hitting the curb during the test drive. I was told that it (and a few other things) would be repaired/replaced in a few days. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing.
