Clean place. lots to choose from
I was looking to buy 2 cars from them. They sold one of the cars while i was waiting on financing and they did not call to tell me the car was sold out from underneath me.

Salesman was courteous and experience was great
I have never bought a used vehicle and was apprehensive about the process. Mitch at Cars Plus Lenoir was the best. I looked elsewhere and was very disappointed with lack of professionalism at those dealers. Cars Plus was great and very helpful from the first phone call to signing all the papers and taking delivery of my new (to me) Jeep.

Ronda was a pleasant person to work with - no pressure at all. I was even allowed to test drive the vehicle by myself. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle at the end, I'm going to consider these guys for my future car purchases.

Searched Long & Hard
Drove 2 hours to dealer. The 4Runner was exactly as described; there was not any pressure involved & dealt with Josh through the entire process except for the final paperwork. It was a pleasant experience without all the games & bouncing around between "managers". All cars on their lot were above average. No doubt I would go back.

In the last 5 yes, I have traded 6 times with Carsplus. The service and prices are superior to any other dealership I have ever done business with. Never high pressure, never a DOC fee. On 1 occasion, I noticed some paint cracking on a truck I had purchased from them 6 mos earlier. The dealership paid to have the fender repainted. Honest guys!

Bought used Infiniti qx
Great dealership, bought 2011 Infiniti QX and couldn't be happier. Car just as described, bought it sight unseen and had it shipped. Salesperson very honest in description of car. Would buy from again.
