I bought a 17 Z06/7 3lz m with 10k miles. I paid full asking price but had a PPI done and wanted them to fix a couple things and they agreed to do it. When I got the car nothing was fixed!!!The aftermarket exhaust had a terrible rattle and they were suppose to replace the left front shock because It was wet, but it was not done. I took it to my local mechanic and he confirmed everything. Adam(terrible communication skills) was my sales guy and told me he was sorry the GM said there was nothing they could do. I talked to GM he admitted to it but said since I took delivery there was nothing they could do? 1500.00 worth of repairs. Their website is a bunch of crap language that says they are the best corvette dealer and treat their customers with respect. Not true. Anyway just wanted to see if anyone else has had a bad experience with these guys.

I don't leave many reviews, but Marcus C. at Corvette Warehouse absolutely earned this one. I'll be honest, I generally hate buying vehicles. I don't like dealerships, and I don't like dealing with salespeople. I went into this expecting the usual pressure and sales tactics, but Marcus was the complete opposite. He was honest, straightforward, and upfront throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had, never made me feel pressured, and made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. There were no games, no surprises, and no promises that didn't match reality. Buying a Corvette should be exciting, and Marcus made sure it stayed that way. I walked away thoroughly impressed with both him and Corvette Warehouse. If you're looking for a Corvette and want to work with someone who values honesty and treats you with respect, I highly recommend asking for Marcus C.

The Corvette Warehouse is an outstanding establishment! It’s so much more than I expected. The 5 star professionalism presented by salesman Charles Coleman was also outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the car itself and answered every question I asked. He also was very reachable during the process. He either answered the phone when I called, or got directly back with me which made this deal so much easier. Last but not least my 2015 C7 was in MINT condition!!!

Purchase the vehicle in May for my son. My salesman told me that they would drive the car and check it for me because I was out of state. I paid for the car took two weeks for them to ship it. I get the car here. All the windows are tinted but one. Obviously someone broke into it. I thought the tires needed to be balanced. Took it to the shop. Turned out there was a rip through the front tire of the entire car. Put new tires on it which wasn't a big deal. Just had faith in someone that doesn't know anything about vehicles. It's been a few months still haven't received my title. Nobody at that place will answer a phone unless you're buying a car from them. Most incapable worst experience from a dealership I've ever had this place is horrible I would stay away from them their cars are overpriced or people don't know what they're doing they use a cell phone for everything you can't get a hold of a general manager you can't get a hold of a supervisor you can't get a hold of anybody this place is horrible it's a garbage place and eventually Karma comes back around and that place will probably end up going under because of how horribly a trend the owner doesn't care you try to reach out to me he could care less so it's just a matter of time before that business fails and they'll probably will fail with all the turnaround on employees they have cuz it's a garbage company. Had to report him to the Better Business bureau. The Attorney General of texas. The DMV of texas. It's just a horrible place some lady named Caitlin was supposed to be in charge of my paperwork she didn't do nothing can't get her to do her job. Charles Coleman doesn't answer text messages he tells you the car won't call you back nothing didn't hear from them for weeks it's pathetic.

Didn’t want to allow my husband and son to pay for a car cash or finance. Waist of time when my son was trying to do something nice for his dad. I see all these father son moments, on these reviews but not for my family. Wrong color i guess

I bought a 2005 corvette with 63,000 on it from corvette warehouse, after one week after going out to eat , came out to the car and it wouldn’t start, had to have it towed to my house, hired a mechanic to find out what was wrong with it, bad starter, I called corvette warehouse but they haven’t returned my phone calls asking for some help with the cost, 500.00, but no call backs, also they never gave me the key in case you get locked out of your car, I wouldn’t buy from them again and I would advise you not to either.

Great showroom with lots of cars! Warning: Prices are non-mentionable and every car has and additional $1950 reconditioning fee (not disclosed on website) on top of the non-mentionable price. I can't believe people are paying this. I will shop elsewhere and keep my money.

First time buying a car out of state and not looking and testing it in person. So I had to trust my salesman and believe in him. He did a video running the engine and going over everything under the hood along with everything inside the car to make sure everything worked. But when they drove it they felt a vibration which was the torque tube and they put a new one in and did some work on the transmission while it was out. They also put new tires and serviced the brakes plus new shocks. I never herd of any dealer doing that for you. Chris the GM said we want you not only looking at a beautiful car but to drive it for miles and hours and not worry about maintenance issue's. He and Charles called me all the time and kept me up to date and no charge. Unbelievable! The only problem was waiting over 3 weeks to get it shipped. Charles called and said it's done. Took a video of it in the wear house, detailed and getting ready to load on the truck. The driver got it to me the next day. IT looked good, sounded good, drove great, tight suspension, brakes were perfect and everything in the cab worked and the air conditioning was wonderful. I was blown away,very happy. If your looking to buy a Corvette I would check them out. I'm glad I did. Special thanks to Charles and Chris for making me so happy. Gary
