This is a horrible place and when you write a review about your experience they claim you are mistaken and confused about where it happend. I guess there is another used car lot that sales overpriced BMW CALLED Bavarian Auto and some rude salesperson named Mike that helps. This place gets a one star rating because I could not give them a negative rating.

I have bought and leased many cars over the years and I can confidently say I have never had an experience like this. Mike and Jan are simply the best of the best. It's a hands on white glove service from start to finish, and they are very detail oriented. Mike is a straight shooter with a gentle disposition and a wealth of knowledge. No pressure, no gimmicks, no BS. Janet will walk you through the acquisition process step by step with ease, efficiency, and grace. Together they make a rather dynamic duo. Horrible interaction with public. If they don't like talking to people then find a job hiding in a cubicle where they stare at the wall all day. Absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with I agree with the most recent user's comments. If you want a decent experience take your business elsewhere.

Was in the market for a new car. Or I should say used car that is new to me if that makes sense. Was not treated very well at this place. No one waited on me and they seemed to only want to help people who looked like they had money.
