A purchase through Costco Auto Program that was fast, clean, trouble free, with a great price and very friendly and competent support by Nick Ruddy.

On Feb 7th I spoke with Nick about a car we wanted. Weather was terrible and we live 3 hours away. I told Nick we would put a deposit of $2000 down to hold it and we would drive in this weather on Sunday when we were off. He said he couldn't do that and that we would need to call him Saturday to see if it was still available then make the drive and hopefully it's still there. Not a good way of doing business. So I called I the next business day and spoke with Josh Popham. He took the bull by the horns and made it happen. We gave the deposit and he held the vehicle for us. We showed up on Sunday as promised. Everything was ready for us to sign and get back on the road so we could be home before dark. Thanks to Josh for going above and beyond.

Nick was my sales person and met me at scheduled time with no waiting. He was extremely effective and efficient in listening not “selling”! The entire process including return and pick up from car rental until leaving the lot with the new used vehicle that I was very fortunate to find with a local clean carfax took under two hours!
