Check in. Team concept. I was assigned a team leader who was attentive and reviewed everything with me. Wait time was reasonable. I had an appointment so it should have been.

Easy Buying
Our salesperson Nate Brodnick and everyone else there were super nice, asking multiple times if we wanted something to drink. They made sure we had some place to sit, directed us to restrooms and just made us very comfortable. When we went on our test drive Nathaniel assured us he would answer all questions and make it as easy for us as possible. he did a great job.

Friendly Service
Quick service, thorough inspection of the things vehicles commonly need replaced. All in all if i wanted to make sure my car got the best care regardles of cost I would take it there. Doesn't do window replacement.

Great environment and experience
Customer service was really good. Nice waiting area. Reps were very nice and knowledgeable. Wait was kinda long but not as long as other dealerships I’ve been to.
