Excellent body shop

very professional experience- the estimate from the body shop was done quickly and accurately, the date for the repair was scheduled, I received text messages as to the progress of the repairs, and everything was done in time and my truck looks like new.

Oil Change, Tire rotate, A/C drain unplugged

It was great, the time it took was quick and they always do a great job. Thanks for the vacuum, i had planned to do that after the oil change, and it was already done!!

Service Completed on 2014 Impala

We've had several issues with this 2014 Impala and updates had been completed. Wayne, Mark Wagner, and Jim took the time to discuss the issues that we had been seeing and experiencing with this Impala and come up with a game plan to get it taken care of. Wayne and Dan contacted GM to see what could be done next to solve these issues. We greatly appreciate their time and effort in trying to get the best possible solution to our outstanding issues. They also found that we had a leak in the tail light and water was getting to the trunk, so this was resolved during this visit also. As well, as a recall that we hadn't even heard about yet. Wayne does an excellent job and keeps us well informed on the progress and what steps were being completed. Wayne has even checked in a couple times this week to ensure that we aren't seeing the issues return. We are quite pleased with the service at Sid Dillon's.

great service!!!

I was planning to leave at 2 pm Monday to drive across the country. On Sunday the AWD hub assembly broke on a front wheel. Monday morning I explained my emergency to Jeff and he got my car fixed by 1 pm! I am always pleased with the service but that was above and beyond the call of duty!!! Thanks guys!

Exceptional customer service, facility is clean

Sid Dillion Staff is Great!!!!!!!!!!!! I can always get my Equinox in when I call. When I pick up my vehicle it has been cleaned on the inside and outside I took my Equinox On Sunday night and Lincoln waited for me to pick it up Monday night after 5:30 pm. The Sid Dillion Staff takes Pride in their Customer Service.

Excellent Service Visit

As I was leaving Blair Thursday night, my check engine light came on. I called and talked to your service dept and they promptly told me it would be fine to drive it home and that they could get my Equinox in on Friday. I called Wayne Friday morning and your courtesy drivers came to my office and picked it up. They also returned it by noon after the flex fuel sensor was replaced. I greatly appreciate the ability to have this service work completed during my work hours and not have to sit and wait for it at the dealership. Wayne does an excellent job of keeping up informed with our vehicle issues. He honestly cares about us and making sure our vehicles are working properly. We trust your service department with all our vehicle maintenance needs.
