We had been looking for a new Grand Caravan to replace an older model that had seen it's better days. I had submitted an online request to Keller Bros Dodge and Jayme Erb had responded as their internet sales rep and communicated back and forth with me until I was able to make it in. Once my family and I got there, Jayme was great with showing us all the features of the van before, during and after the test drive. We had financing in hand before going so we had a price range we had in mind and Jayme made the deal happen. He did it without pressure and by making sure we were completely comfortable with everything before we made the purchase. Doris in the office made the paperwork end of it quick and painless and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Last, I just wanted to say that all the salespeople and staff all said hello and were very polite with us too. It was refreshing to see they were all invested in us having a great experience.

The best, and most sound car buying experience. This was just my 16th car purchase, and was by far the best as well! Can't even convey how fluid and transparent the whole process was... Highly recommend!

I've been dreaming of buying a Dodge Challenger since it was reintroduced in 2008 and the time had come that I had the ability to get one. I hunted around for a great deal on the web and decided to check out a 2015 Sublime Green Dodge Challenger at Keller Bros Dodge and I ended up purchasing it. Very friendly people, made the whole experience stress free and they really worked to solve any problems that came up.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. Everyone that works there was incredibly friendly. The help that I received from Jayme Erb was great; he made sure to answer any questions I had and followed up a couple days after my purchase to check how everything was going.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ram 2500. The experience was great from the first call down to the signing of the paperwork. Jayme Erb was great through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend both Jayme and the Dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I was in the market for a new/used car, the look of the Sierra Blue Jeep Renegade really intrigued me, so I set out on a search for one. I was only able to find it at one dealership in PA, Keller Bros. Dodge in Lititz, PA. 115 miles, one way, from where I was. I called and inquired about the Jeep, which from the pictures looked absolutely beautiful and was priced amazingly low. It not only was the color I wanted but it came with all the wonderful packages that I wanted as well. I spoke with a sales team member, Cal, who answered all my questions about the Jeep. Later that day I found out that I had been approved for the Jeep and set out on a 3 hour journey to get it. When I arrived at the dealership the Jeep sat out front, it looked wonderful, they had cleaned and detailed it inside and out. The other office staff members were so nice and friendly and made you feel very welcomed. I am so pleased that we went out of way to buy a vehicle from Keller Bros. I would recommend in an instant to anyone who is in the market for a new/used vehicle. It was worth the drive to be treated like a human being and not just a money in their pockets. There are plenty of dealerships in this area, not only did they not have what I wanted but I knew they were not as friendly as the staff at Keller Bros. Kindness goes a long way and the staff at Keller Bros have instilled that in to every employee there. I would definitely buy from them again for future purposes.Might I also add, that they filled my gas tank before we left the parking lot, which they do not normally do. I am so impressed with how they go above and beyond for their customers.

Overall this was a great dealership. We test drove the car with out the sales person going with us which was nice to drive it and discuss its strong and weak points among just ourselves. Jayme, the sales person, was willing to negotiate the price with me; and the dealership told me to call back the next day and set up a time to bring my new car in for inspection since the inspection was going to run out within the next two months. And they said they would do the inspection and any necessary repairs for free.
