First, with extreme shock I honestly love my KIA

First, with extreme shock I honestly love my KIA SPORTAGE - Our sales person Rag was awesome knowledgeable and made what could be a stressful situation very pleasant. Truly no pressure from Rag just guidance and great information Rag listened to what we were looking for in an automobile and showed us autos that fit our needs. When he delivered the auto it was done in a way I understood things and could use properly. Sean is finance was great too Painless easy to understand all the options available and we understood what & why we chose the options we did. Both extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk too KIA ST CLOUD IS A KNOWLEDGEABLE, CLEAN, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and TEAM ATMOSPHERE- we loved it

Horrible!

Horrible! The WORST experience ever! The Service Department is a group of high pressure, intimidating, condescending, arrogant people.

NEVER buy or go to Kia of St Cloud.

NEVER buy or go to Kia of St Cloud. I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride on February 20th, 2025 with the extended warranty. On Monday, April 21st, I went to leave work and my car wouldn't start. I called down there, since I live/work an hour away to see my options. They said well we would need the car down here to diagnos it. And the warranty didn't cover towing of course, so after having it towed, that was a $600 bill, they had my car by 1130am Tuesday. Hugo called to say it was the starter and the warranty didn't cover it. So we would have to pay all diagnostic fees, parts, labor and everything else. But the car would be done by Wednesday Am. Wednesday am came and went, no calls, so we called to see if it was done and they said by the end of day Wednesday. Never heard anything, by 3p called to see if it was done. Was told oh, well we thought we had the part but we don't, so tomorrow morning. Thursday morning 10am, still haven't heard anything, we called, oh we're not sure, we will call you back. Nothing. Called again at 1p, got told, we'll call you back. Nothing. Called again at 330, was told, we'll call you back.... still NOTHING. Finally received a call at almost 6pm Thursday saying the car was ready. Just went to pick up my car. Hugo met us at the front door, very friendly until he found out who we were, walked us to the service department and went and hid. Telling them to tell us "no managers" were in office until Monday. Ate all the costs, since there was "Noone" to talk to. We left and my husband called to talk to Hugo and sure enough he was there but the chicken xxxx wouldn't answer his phone. Called again to talk to a different manager, who again refused to budge on anything. And not to mention I was never once offered a courtesy car or anything since they had the vehicle from Tuesday to Friday. Will NEVER go back, and NEVER recommend to anyone

Both Hector (finance) and Jesus (sales) understood our needs and were genuine in helping us get the right car for us. They were not slick talkers, pushy or condescending. Their demeaner definitely factored into our decision to buy from this company. We advise to seek them out when visiting KIA.

Brought my car in for repair was given a loaner that was covered with snow and had a cracked windshield. Now that my bill is paid they are hitting up my insurance company for the tab. You want to talk about crooked, will never go near this or any other kia dealership again! My service rep was Jesse and Lucas is the service manger who has not answered or return my calls.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from KIA of St. Cloud. In less than three months of owning a 2020 KIA Telluride with 84,000 miles from this dealership, I have already had to replace the alternator, the transmission, and the battery—an alarming sign that the dealership fails to properly inspect their vehicles before sale. The vehicle has also required three tows since purchase. The service department’s lack of accountability is equally troubling. Upon purchase, they were supposed to replace a faulty seatbelt. Instead, they ordered the wrong part and installed it in the wrong seat, highlighting a serious lack of attention to detail. The most alarming issue occurred when the vehicle lost power completely while I was driving 65 mph on the highway, leaving me without brakes or power steering, and resulting in a collision. Despite the gravity of this incident, the dealership showed no sympathy and even attempted to charge me for a new battery that should have been checked when they replaced the alternator. It was later determined that the wrong battery had been installed, causing the alternator to fail. Lucas, the sales manager, exhibited unprofessional behavior throughout this ordeal, insisting that "a battery test isn't done after an alternator is replaced" and attempting to manipulate my words to avoid responsibility. He also admitted that the dealership does not perform safety checks after every service, which raises significant concerns about their overall commitment to customer safety. After much resistance, they finally replaced the battery, but the experience has left me with serious doubts about their service quality. I strongly recommend considering other options before doing business with KIA of St. Cloud. The Better Business Bureau has multiple cases open against this dealership, and I am not alone in my experience—a friend who purchased a brand-new Kia Carnival from this dealership has faced ongoing issues as well. I urge you to thoroughly research this dealership's track record before making any purchase decisions.
