Carmax (Hickory NC) was a great experience. I had done my "shopping" online and saw (2) vehicles I was interested in seeing. One was on the lot the other was scheduled to be transported to Hickory at no charge to me. I appreciate the price is posted and I don't have to negotiate with the sales staff. My salesman (Angelo Americo) was great to work with. He was well prepared and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend using Carmax to purchase your next vehicle.

I don't buy cars very often and drive them for the longest time possible. That is mostly because I generally don't like car dealers or dealing with them. This experience I had at Carmax has eased my nerves immensely. Ken and the gang were awesome and very patient. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I will still drive my cars as long as possible but will definitely buy my next vehicle at Carmax when the time comes with zero anxiety!
