There is s a notice posted in the Navy barracks that says not to use Siry Auto for anything. LOL I didn't know that until after the fact. Don't believe these five star reviews. Jesus was dishonest beyond measure. Do not trust that smile. Read the contract. He is lying to you and he knows it. Jesus added a $2k charge for a GPS tracker and then pretended he didn't know if he could disable it. Jesus misrepresented that it would cost me $750 to return the vehicle if I purchased the contract cancellation option - $250 for the option plus a $500 restocking fee (both are the highest fees the law allows). Here's the truth: in California, if a buyer purchases a contract cancellation option agreement for a used vehicle and later decides to return the vehicle, the dealer must deduct the cost of the cancellation option from any restocking fee charged. This means the buyer essentially gets a credit for the cancellation option fee towards the restocking fee. That means the most I would have to pay is $250 for the option and $250 for the restocking. At the very end of contract signing, Jesus got me to sign a statement that acknowledges that the miles on the vehicle are not actual mileage! Before I signed everything, Jesus said I didn't need a down payment. After contract signing, Jesus said I needed a down payment. Any amount was good, he said. Since I had every intent in buying the vehicle, I put everything I could get out of my back, over $600 down. Fortunately, the financing fell through the next day and I was not able to purchase the vehicle. Jesus stopped communicating with me when I asked for the deposit back and I have not heard from him since. Jesus is a dishonest person and Siry is a dishonest dealership.

We have bought a few cars from Siry. They have been amazing in every way, from sales to service. Recently our BMW wagon with a panoramic sunroof was damaged. We submitted a claim to our insurance and they were very willing to help. We were told that they wouldn't replace the broken sunroof glass unless it was hit by a lightning or a rocket...we talked to Eddie who runs the service center at Siry and he said to bring it in and let him look at it..he researched and contacted our insurance company, negotiated with them and wad able to do what no other shop in town could do..He went above and beyond, located the almost impossible to find panoramic sunroof complete replacement and returned the car to us in immaculate condition... our oldest daughter will need a car soon and we will be going to SIRY ! Good people serving Good people. I have learned in my 60 years of life...If you assume someone is scandalous you should look in the mirror first, your assumptions are probably misinformation.

The declared price of the car was $ 10,000, in fact, I drove to see the car for 3 hours, when the salon arrived, the cost was $ 12,300. Arguing this with imposed services from which I cannot refuse. I had to turn around and leave. I think that this car salon deserves the worst ratings and I do not recommend anyone to contact this salon.

I saw the car posted for $18,999 so I asked a cousin who lives in San Diego to stop by and check out the car since I live in the east coast. In a matter of days the price went up to $19,999. Really? I asked to negotiate and the salesman tells me it's firm. I guess they saw the interest and raised the price immediately. You can look at price history of the car and you'll see how it increased by $1,000. Not sure I want to take a risk with this dealer.

Amir provided really great service, he was also really nice and consistent with my purchase, and the whole time had a great attitude through out the process.

Categorized a Tesla S85 as a P85D. Huge difference in performance and price, but gets people to respond or go to the dealership. Poor business practices... Search elsewhere.

After assembling a list of used cars of the same kind with decent pricing in the Southwest (CA, AZ, and CO are easy weekend trips), we called dealerships to ask about them. We didn't simply want to buy the cheapest option -- car A might be more expensive than car B, but still a better value, after all. When we called this dealer, the person on the phone was brash from the outset, but when we asked about their car versus another nearby car for $3k less, instead of talking to us, he insisted, "Well, then, why are you on the phone with me, not them?" We offered to end the phone call, then, and he backtracked, but I'm afraid to say that wasn't even the last rude comment he threw in. I'm actually shocked to see high ratings for this dealership. Maybe the other salespeople are somewhat nice or civil, but I can't say that was my experience. It's unfortunate, as we were interested in the car, but do not do business with people that treat us poorly.
