The service at Smithtown Kia was phenomenol! I needed a commuter car and had a specific budget and they worked with me to get an amazing deal. Also, there were so many extras like lane departure that the Forte had which wasn't available with any of the cars I testbdrove that day. Chad explained all clearly and made the process painless!

Very friendly staff. We came in on a busy day and someone checked in with us often to let us know when a salesman would be available and to thank us for our patience. Very fair negotiation. Chad was easy to talk to and worked hard to make sure we were content at all stages of the process.

I wish there was a way I can put 100/5 stars! I was welcomed to smithtown kia with the warmest smile and greeting I could ask for. I was just in a car accident and I was frantic to find a new car that was fairly price and stylish. Chad paid close attention to my needs and gave me several options of different cars that could work best for me. He helped me through every step of the process and took the time to answer any and all questions. He was so incredibly helpful, kind, patient, thoughtful, and eased all of my worries with buying a new car. I appreciate it so much!!! I am so grateful that I came to this place, and had such a wonderful opportunity to do business with such an honest, knowledgeable and caring person. Many many manyy thanks to Chad for making this experience one I’ll never forget!! Also, I have to give a huge shoutout to Rich. Rich was a huge help with setting up the finances for me. So, I feel so blessed to have gone through this process with people who I can really trust have my best interest in mind. It’s funny, because I stumbled upon this place by chance. After my accident I found a crumbled up note on my lawn that said “smithtown Kia”. Immediately I took that as a sign. And by fate, I found an amazing car, for an amazing deal, with amazing people.
