Purchase of 2017 Maybach S600
Pre-delivery inspection was not performed although the Rep had a full day to do since he knew when I was going to come to pick up the car. It was embarrassing that the Maybach could not start in the showroom in spite of the use of the strongest booster cables. I was about to walk away... I was to pay cash over $115,000 for a car I was not sure it was going to start the next day. We waisted a terrible amount of time. Ultimately, they had to replace both batteries on the car. Because of that, since it was getting late, many mishaps happened thereafter such as new license plate installed instead of temporary tag as I requested; missing headset and another headset not programmed; missing washer to install Autonation license plate cover; not enough time to go over the various functions of the Maybach and dead batteries in the 2 remote controls. Someone must be held accountable. Taking delivery of a 2017 Maybach ($200,000 MSRP) should be handled more professionally. I?m a loyal Mercedes-Benz person. In fact, I was upgrading from an S550 to this Maybach S600 and I have an SL AMG in my garage as well. This is my 4th Mercedes in the last 16 years. The price was indeed competitive but, the delivery process was way below my expectations. So far, MB of Delray is far from being my best.

Dishonest and unprofessional AutoNation dealer
I reserved a Mercedes E250 priced at $21900. I made multiple requests for a buyers orders. Two day after I received a buyers order and the price was changed to $24881 plus additional $799 doc.fee.. This is a systematic approach of AutoNation to manipulate prices insult it's prospective customers. Total waste of time. Never purchase a vehicle from AutoNation. Very dishonest and unprofessional dealership.

The facility is a big circus. People everywhere walking around aimlessly. They kept my car 24 hours to provide an update to a system that should take less than an hour.

Joseph Taylor was excellent and the whole team (manager Joe and Loren the concierge) made everything seamless. The finance portion (buying extras and coverage) usually stressful, was easy and a joy. Great dealership and needless to say, a wonderful car!

"Big" service on my 2017 Mercedes C line
I was given a loaner for the two days this service required, and treated very graciously by all personnel. Stacy Grell, who is my service advisor went above and beyond expectations, always willing to answer my questions and always clear about costs. She personally made a small repair on the body of my car, and in every way could not have been more helpful.

Johnathan was great!
I brought my car in as I had a malfunction with my power steering. Johnathan took care of me and made sure the problem was resolved and had my car out in less than a day. He was awesome. I highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Johnathan
