Dawn at Mini of Las Vegas is above awesome. I always ask for her as my service advisor, knowing that things will be taken care of, weather scheduled or unexpected. With Dawn, my confidence level is very high. She goes above and beyond. As long as she's there, that's where my Mini goes for service.

Nice advisor - sent me a video very quickly. I have an electric vehicle and it took 7 hours for them to service it. Entirely too long in my opinion.

I drive 750 miles to buy a mini countryman JCW from this
I drive 750 miles to buy a mini countryman JCW from this dealer because the miles were very low and the price was reasonable. When i got there, i discovered i'd left my title at home, but the team bent over backwards to help find a work around, and were very polite too. They gave me a fair number on my trade in, and in all respects treated me like a valued customer...an experience i did not have the week before at a dealership in Kentucky.

My MINI Cooper S was in for scheduled servicing. The technician performed the work and sent me a video showing me that the tires and brakes were good and that there were no leaks.
