This place would have received a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for Amanda in Service. The most rude and disrespectful person we’ve dealt with there. Not only to us but my parents as well. When given the name and what service was being performed on our vehicle, she said it’s not in our system and if you don’t have any other information I can’t help you! Pretty sure you’re in customer service and it’s your job to figure it out. And this is after she called my husband a liar. So avoid Amanda and you should have a pleasant experience! Everyone else has been GREAT!!

Justin returned my driver license to me yet held onto my
Justin returned my driver license to me yet held onto my title. Justin then provided me with the printed information I needed and placed all the printed information into a manila folder. I received a call from Justin on Monday March 17th stating that I left my title at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. I did not leave it there. He failed to return it to me with the other papers. I explained to Justin that I didn’t know if I could get there because I was extremely busy. I am a travel RN and would be driving to work in NY at the end of the week. Justin told me he would put it in the mail for me. Since I only live a few towns away, I expected t I called and spoke to Sales Manager Brian. I explained the situation regarding the whereabouts of my title. It was now 10 days after Justin did not return it to me. At 7pm, after not receiving a call back from the Sales Manager Brian, my friend who had experience working at a car dealership asked me to call Brian and let him speak to him. My friend spoke with Brian for about 10 minutes, they hung up and my friend said my title was at Boniface-Hiers and I could pick it up right away. I was shocked that they actually had it and it had never been mailed to me as promised by Justin over a week before. When I got to the dealership, I went to the sales area to look for Brian to get my title. I did not see any staff around so I waited with the other customers. I started talking with a woman and suddenly Brian aggressively scurried out of his office toward me with an envelope in his hand. Brian seemed angry and started yelling at me “Don’t tell my customers not to buy a car here” as if he is allowed to destroy my freedom of speech. I explained that was not what I was saying. Brian remained aggressive and intimidating yet I continued to raise my hand to receive the envelope with the title enclosed. Brian then swung his hand toward his back as if he wasn’t going to give it to me. I told him he couldn’t hold my title any longer. My title had already been held at Boniface-Hiers for 10 days and I was off schedule for my work assignment 3 days already. Brian did finally return the title to me. I purchased a lifetime warranty on my truck

Great customer service! Javier Munoz was my contact/salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Anytime I had a question or concern he was quick to answer, if I called and left a message he would call back right away never had me waiting. If I would buy another car I would absolutely come back here....

I was planning to purchase a new truck and saw a perfect
I was planning to purchase a new truck and saw a perfect match online at this store. I drove from Orlando area to Boniface-Hiers and as soon I arrived at dealership, I was kindly approached by the salesman Taylor. He made us very comfortable with his knowledge and answered all our questions, provided us detailing about my chosen vehicle and I had an excellent experience on the test drive, we negotiated the purchase price of the new truck with no pressure. I didn't know the store offered a Warranty Forever, and we loved the fact that we bought a truck that have such warranty without increasing the price of the vehicle. I recommend it and my next vehicle purchase will be from this dealership, for sure. It definitely worth the drive from Orlando.

I didn't know the store offered Warranty Forever, and we loved the fact that we bought a truck that the warranty is included, without increasing the price of the vehicle.
