Buying a car can be a stressful experience for many

Buying a car can be a stressful experience for many including myself. Especially when the purchase is being made out of state, it feels even more daunting. But my purchase experience at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet ended up being a good one. Thomas was my sales rep and he was a straight shooter and friendly which helped. Initially I did have some issues with registration but Joy Carver really came through and helped hammer through the issues for me. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience and was sold a good car. Thank y'all.

An oil change for my vehicle was completed on March 3,

An oil change for my vehicle was completed on March 3, 2025. Charlie welcomed me to the drive-in service area and service advisor Bobby Sternberg arranged the oil change. We also discussed other potential maintenance items. Jessica and Amanda were the cashiers. The experience was pleasant and all of the staff were conscientious. Thanks

Fantastic buying experience overall.

Fantastic buying experience overall. Stefan was my salesman and was very helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. Went above and beyond in my car buying experience. The dealership overall offered a great experience and I will be coming back for any future car purchase.

Christine is an outstanding customer service representative! She always greets me with a smile and is eager to help. She also does a great job of interacting with the person/technician working on my vehicle. The reality is; this is a tremendous help; ensuring work being done or proposed work is fully explained to me. I value her for her professionalism and honesty.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL...They lied and said they completed tire rotation and it was never done...3 different people said it was completed and it was not...When they checked the cameras,it was never done.Who knows if the oil change gets done when i take it in.
