I needed a couple of services done with my car a couple days ago. The gentleman at the intake bay and the one who entered my information in the computer were the most pleasant and kind people to interact with. They had such great attitudes. How nice to have such good experience, especially since so many people you interact with lately are just plain miserable and rude. My car was ready on time and I was pleased with the services I had done. Thank you Kia.

Worst experience ever !!! Did not perform service that was promised. Will never go there again and tell everyone including my 10,000 plus followers on Google to never go there, this is about promising service then not getting it as promised. The department was told several times what the customer wanted but just did as little as possible.

This is my second brand new purchase at this dealership and I recommend it to everyone. The sales staff is great along with the service department is exceptional. There was never any pressure to buy, if anything they were very helpful and understanding in what I was looking for. I will always purchase my cars here. I have recommended this place to all my family and friends.

Went to Kia to look for a new car and was pleased to leave and know I would have a great reliable car ready in a few days with them doing all the registry work. I went there with not knowing what I was looking for. I needed another vehicle, but didn't have anything specific in mind. I walked around the lot looking at the inventory, I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't being harassed by any sales people, unlike the few other places I went. Luis was amazing. He wasn't the typical car salesman, that I've dealt with in the passed. He was easy to talk to, he explained the process and walked me thru it step by step. I went there because if the obnoxious radio advertisement, ended up getting my new vehicle from them. I can't say enough great things about kia of Swansea. I would definitely recommend you going to see Luis!!

This will be my 5th Kia I have bought! 2 alone from this dealership. The cars and the service have always been excellent. I have always had my Kia's serviced from Route 6 Automall, Swansea, Mass and have always gotten the best service, great treatment and care regardless whether it was from the sales associate, to a technician or anyone for that matter. I would not shop anywhere else.
