I already had a Viper car starter installed.
I already had a Viper car starter installed. Before bringing it in, I was able to start my car with no problem. Now, ever since Crestmont Hyundai installed this anti-theft system. Everytime I use my car starter remote, I end up setting off my car alarm. I'm not sure what they did. Also, they shouldn't ask if a customer wants their car wash and then don't do it. I might have to go further out and get my car serviced from where I bought my car (Great Lakes Hyundai Streetsboro).

I was pretty happy with Ron and in financing.
I was pretty happy with Ron and in financing. Despite putting in app prior to arrival (callig to also confirm) that mysteriously was not recieved, which in turn made my stay longer and redoing something I already took care of. I Left the dealership well after close... to find my Truck on 'E' and having to drive home 2 hours! Only car I ever bought and dealer DID NOT put gas in it, after test drive! Spare tire did not have a RIM either?! Unfortunately those 2 issues kind of spoiled and did not leave a good impression because of it!? While in prep guys... fill the tank and make sure the OEM parts are there like promised. Espically when your customer traveled to you to purchase a vehicle!

I get fantastic service each time I visit.
I get fantastic service each time I visit. I was a little surprised that the soonest oil change appointment was in nearly 4 weeks, but I am happy otherwise.
