Salesman Joe Pisano was great to work with. Had some paperwork issues, but were resolved. I personally felt that the General Manager could have offered me a better deal on my lease since there were issues with the vehicle in transit.

Emily & David are always excellent. I would give them 5 stars. However, after my appointment I noticed damage to my car & called the service as soon as I got home. I sent pictures in to the service center that same day. I have not heard back from anyone. Generally, I always work with David & Emily. They have always been very nice, helpful & pleasant. I am upset this issue has not been dealt with to date.

I waited over 1-hour for a rotation. I also asked to...
I waited over 1-hour for a rotation. I also asked to look into another issue. 1-hour and 15-minutes later I was given the bill for the rotation and a quote to address the issue. No one ever walked into the store to inform me of what they found but rather they did not even investigate the issue but gave me a quote. Next time I’d appreciate some communication from the shop. Overall I think I wasted over an hour of my time that I will never get back. Next time I will look elsewhere to have work done.

Took over 50 days to have a minor repair completed....
Took over 50 days to have a minor repair completed. Broken outside rear door handle. Called every week and was told it should be ready in thr next couple of days.
