We’ve never used Crestmont except for a test drive. I don’t have any other experience other than that. It was many years ago.

We brought the car in because it was making a noise like...

We brought the car in because it was making a noise like a flat tire. The mechanics did something with the brake rotary and charged us $360 and said it was fixed. It was not fixed.it still makes a noise. My husband explain to the lady in a phone call that it was not fixed and she said I’m sorry and they was it. We bought our car there and my sister-in-law about her car there. We got a quote to bring a car in for tires in March but now I’m wondering if we should.

I would recommend them to a friend at first delt with Terry I agreed to the deal as soon as loan papers were filled out he began to pressure me to sign called way to many times almost backed out completely because of this so much if he was there would have left Jeff set me up with a young man Joe who was very helpful and the deal went through I am happy with it thanks to Jeff and Joe made me happy with the offer they give me on my on buying my Jeep so I will recommend you just don't go to Terry

I was contacted by Justin Jankovic after I did an online review of the Santa Fe. From the minute Justin contacted me I knew he was the person I needed to speak with concerning the car. When I entered the dealership I was introduced to Justin and after explaining my needs and my requirements he immediately said he would do whatever was needed to satisfy my car buying experience, and he did. We took a test drive and he explained many if not all of the Santa Fe’s features and also took the time to demonstrate many of them. He is very knowledgeable about the Hundai and all of the “bells & whistles” he was excited to show me and offer his assistance if I decided to purchase. Which I did! Tabatha also was instrumental in my purchase for her efforts to meet my financial requirements. I appreciate everyone who was involved in me becoming a Hundai owner. Thanks, Ed Wilson

My issue wasn’t diagnosed correctly the first time it...

My issue wasn’t diagnosed correctly the first time it went in. I took it back and they had to order a part. I was told it was safe to drive. Several days later it completely broke down and I had to have it towed. I came to find out the part was in but no one called to schedule me. I wasn’t called to verify my car arrived by tow. When they called to advise the car was done, they forgot to do a different service I requested. I ended up paying for the tow, and twice for the repairs that were misdiagnosed. Also, if the problem had been diagnosed the first time, my extended warranty would have paid for it. It went out of warranty by the time it was properly diagnosed.

Joe was great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend family and friends to go to Crestmont. I will be needing another car in a few months and I will definitely give Joe a call.
