Crestmont Hyundai

Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Asked for a car wash and was given one. Wish it was a better wash than received but understand car wash is not a priority service. Purchased this car about 4 months ago. It was a certified used purchase. Car did NOT come with owners manual or floor mats. Dealer said they will look for floor mats and supply them to me when received. Same for owners manual. Received owners manual 3 weeks after purchase. Never heard from dealer or agent after purchase regarding floor mats even though texts were sent and received regarding them. After 4 weeks have heard nothing and I've given up hope.

The staff is always friendly and very informative. They are good at communicating what your car needs. The price is generally decent. Dealerships are always more, but you get what you pay for, so...

This was our first time visiting Crestmont Hyundai. Joe was our salesman and we were treated to a very pleasant time and buying experience. There were no games with the price, we received a more than fair price for our trade and we so appreciated how nicely they treated us as their customers. Everything was professional and every effort was made to make it easy for us. From staying late the first night, to making my wife comfortable the next day while she waited for me to arrive there from work, Joe and his associate Jake took her for another test drive and provided their company and refreshing beverages during the wait. Besides the friendly attention, Crestmont's used inventory was impeccable. Every car that we sat in was fully detailed and looked like a brand new car. We never even questioned their price because what they had to offer far exceeded what we had been seeing elsewhere. Our decision to buy was easy because Cestmont Hyundai had more than earned our business. We purchased a used Hyundai and they treated us like we were buying a top of the line new Genesis. If anyone is in the market for a new or used car, ask for Joe, Jake or any one of their staff and you won't be disappointed!

They were friendly. Our lease was up on our Santa Fe oh, and Joe worked hard to find us the exact model and amenities that we were looking for in our new lease.

I was so nervous coming in to buy my first car but Joe made it an enjoyable experience and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend him.

Everything was great with the exception of the alignment machine being down and I needed an alignment so now I need to come back for alignment
