VA Quality Motors

I went to Quality Motors in Bardstown trying to get an idea of what vehicle I would like to purchase at tax time. Since I'm not sure exactly how much money I will have to spend, I didn't even know what I was looking for. The salesman was patient will all of my questions and ignorance about cars. He answered every question and did not get frustrated when I didn't purchase anything. I will be back once I have money in hand!

Being a single mom, I want whats best for me and my daughter. I would like to begin saying there at Quality Motors I was treated as a part of the family. They took care of me like no one else did. DON the owner told me what car would be the best for our safety. I really appreciate his time and effort that he put in my case. Thank you DON!!!

The minute I stepped on to the lot, the car salesmen treated me well, were friendly, etc. They were up front with some things that may detract from buying a car, but conveniently forgot to mention other important details about the car. (just being salesmen) Overall, I would easily buy another car from this dealership.

I was so pleased with them that I have told everyone I know about them and there is ni doubt that when I am ready to get another vehicle that I will go back!!! Our experience with this dealer was very good. He was patient with all our questions and helpful without being pushy. We really like the way their salespeople are not paid on commission so there is no high pressure sales tactics.

I recently purchased a car from these guys and they were very easy to work with. Explained things thouroughly. Good car selection. When I arrived, I noticed the car I was looking for was priced differently than it was online when I last looked for it and they had no problem matching the price.

I just bought a nice used car there today. It was overall a good experience. Owner was friendly and HONEST. How many times can you say that about a car dealer. I will definately go back again.
