Don't send me more promotions, my experience with your Doral Lincoln dealership was the worst I have ever had in my life, they practically scammed me out of my money by selling me a broken car and leaving me without any type of claim, now I have lost all my credit, the car and my money For my part, I don't think anyone else is going to buy cars from some of their dealers and believe me, I have many friends and work relationships.

What a nightmare!

What a nightmare! Leasing an Aviator turned into a series of headaches with constant trips to the service center, only to have more problems arise each time. The city gas mileage, supposed to be 14 miles per gallon, dropped to a mere 9 miles per gallon. Speaking to the manager, Jose, was a waste of time; he showed no interest in addressing any of the issues. And to top it off, the car's front panel would randomly shut off, leaving you stranded on the highway. Definitely reconsider before choosing a car from Lincoln's Doral dealership.

DO NOT BUY / FINANCE FROM THIS PLACE !

DO NOT BUY / FINANCE FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!! NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS !!!!! We signed a contract, put $4000 down ( 20% on a 22k vehicle) TWO WEEKS later , the salesmen texts me that we need another $8700 down payment or co-signer with good credit or bring the car back, his excuse that the bank wants 20% down...... 20% was the $4000 we put down initially, another $8700 would be more than 50% of the value of the car...... NEVER gave me a copy of the contract I signed originally. SCAMMMMMERRRRRSSSSSSSSSS

Typical dealer with all the false claims and

Typical dealer with all the false claims and mis-information. Advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, NOT! Structured and offer after numerous calls, emails, and texts only to be presented a final sales sheet with all sorts of incorrect numbers and added fees. Don't step foot on their lot until you ask for all the numbers first.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. The service and Parts Department is awful as well. Services advisers are few polite and lack of education. The price of a $20 part in the after-market and auto parts is charged with an exaggerated price of $2500!! In addition to three hours of labor at a super high rate of almost $4000! This dealer must be investigated for price violations and abusive charges to the consumer.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Deceptive Sales Practices Dear Doral Lincoln Inc Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from your dealership, particularly the incident that transpired on Saturday, Nov 18, 2023. My experience with Doral Lincoln Inc has left me with a negative impression, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the deceptive tactics employed by your staff. On Thursday, Nov 16, 2023, I came across a 2021 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS C 300 convertible (VIN: W1KWK8DB2MG103132) listed on your website, https://www.dorallincoln.com/. I submitted an inquiry regarding the car's availability but did not receive any response. The next day, the listing was removed from your website, leading me to believe the car had been sold. To my surprise, on Saturday, Nov 18, while negotiating at another dealership for a similar vehicle, I received a call from a manager at Doral Lincoln Inc, who identified herself as Maria. She acknowledged the oversight, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that the car I initially inquired about was still available. Maria went on to promise a better deal than the one I was currently pursuing and arranged for a salesperson, Gabriel, to contact me. Gabriel promptly called, apologized for the previous oversight, and confirmed the availability of the car. He even sent amateurish pictures, presumably taken on-site, to reinforce the claim. Motivated by this information, I left the dealership I was negotiating with and traveled to Doral Lincoln Inc. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by individuals who seemed to be expecting me. However, instead of being directed to the car I inquired about, I was led into a deceptive situation. The salesperson presented an entirely different vehicle and attempted to persuade me into considering it, claiming that the car I wanted had already been sold. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. When I confronted the salesperson about the discrepancy, he disclaimed any responsibility, indicating that Gabriel did not work for the dealership but rather for the call center. This contradictory information only added to the frustration of being misled. Subsequently, when I brought the matter to the attention of the Sales Manager, I received a dismissive response, with an attempt to shift blame onto the call center and an assertion that the sold car could not be brought back. This experience has not only wasted my time but has also damaged my trust in Doral Lincoln Inc. Deceptive practices of this nature are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of your dealership. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate action against the individuals involved, and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of such deceptive sales tactics. I expect a prompt and meaningful response to this complaint. Your attention to this matter is crucial in restoring my faith in Doral Lincoln Inc and ensuring that other potential customers are not subjected to similar deceitful practices. Rude Rude Rude Service mager

Wanted to do a service job on my truck. Asked to change the tensioner chain. Said they didn't do that job despite this being listed as a minatnce part that needs to eb changed every 100,000 miles. Quoted me for a diffrent job when I point out that he wrote me a quote for adiffrent job. Service manager Chris was rude,. Now i'm takign my $1,500 + job somewhere else.

An easy experience!

We traded in our Aviator and had a great experience. Richard, our sales person, was extremely thorough and patient. Jose, the manager, as always, was fair and easy to work with. This is our 4th vehicle from Doral Lincoln and their expert service is what keeps us coming back. Thanks to Doral Lincoln, and more importantly, Richard and Jose, for making a usually stressful situation pleasurable.
