Client Advisor Al did a wonderful job making the transition process easy while giving me a clear rundown of how we would proceed. Now I'm in a 2026 BMW 330i and couldn't be happier! Waste to time. No call backs. Called multiple times for quote and never hearback. No body informed me even my car was ready. I have to chase up personally to get my car back. They didnt reset service due message and asking to book appointment to get it done. If you are busy person look for better options.
