OIL CHANGE DISASTER!

I went in a for a regular oil change. On pickup after repair, I noticed Service Engine Soon light on. Went back into dealership to repport. Advisor questions if the engine was light was on when I brought it in. Once confirmed the key fob data was clean when I brought in (ignoring my comment that there was no engine light at entry), she nonetheless put in note that customer "claims" there was no engine light. I was told to schedule a new appointment and come back a different day so service team can diagnose. On the drive back home, engine revved weird and there was engine smell all over the cabin. At home, I pop the hood, and notice the entire area is flooded with engine oil and the engine oil cap is missing!! POOR POOR service in EVERY possible way. And oh, they didn't even bother to do the car wash the advisor asked my permission for when I brough it in! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Robert Jones always willing to help and answer any question. Excellent customer service skills. All employees at that location are awesome from mechanics to sales associates. Guys Keep The Good Job 👍
