I had a great experience at the Elizabethtown location.

AMAZING customer service!! Darrel Lewis was my sales person and this is my 2nd car I have bought from him!! No pressure and lots of knowledge just how I like my salesmen ?

No hassles and very proactive salesman. All of my e-mails were usually answered in less than an hour. The dealer found my car in Indiana and brought it back to E-town. Would certainly buy there again.

I had a wonderful experience in purching my new vehicle. C L Wilson, the person who sold me the vehicle worked very hard to find a vehicle within my budget. If fact I ended up getting a much better vehicle than I expected. Mr. Wilson also sold me the Spectra that I used as a trade-in. He is an outstanding sales person. The buying experience was excellent. Multiple vehicles meeting our criteria were presented. Equipment options were explained and demonstrated. Test drives were taken in multiple vehicles. Sales pressure was never exerted. Financial documents and vehicle preparation were processed the same day, even with the late hour of our visit and final decision. Overall a very pleasant buying experience.

There is nothing like a smooth car buying experience :-) I am not new to buying from the KIASTORE. My first time buying was in 2010 (NEW 2010 KIA FORTE) and I had no issues. The salesman, Mark, was nice! It was a great car & I loved it. On Sept, 2, 2016 I decided to buy from them again, with the intentions of buying a used car but I purchased a new car. I was recommended by a co-worker to ask for a specific person, Donald Kirby, so I did! He was GREAT! It's funny how much you can talk about with a person during the small amount of time you spend test driving cars. I was certainly comfortable with him and he was VERY professional. He did his job but wasn't robotic in his role as a salesman nor did he try to pressure me into buying something I couldn't afford. I would definitely recommend my friend's to the KIASTORE. With any company, some experiences may be bad and some good. That's just how it is. But to speak for myself, my experience was wonderful. Thank you, Mr. Kirby for being such a great salesman!!

I was trading in a 2008 Acadia SLT carring some negative equity. Mark B and the staff worked tirelessly to give my wife and I the most for the trade, and to provide us with every possible discount they could give. By the end of the day, we left in our new 2017 KIA Sportage EX . I reflected on the way home, and told my wife, that it had been many years since I have had a dealer go to the lengths that the KIA store Elizabethtown, Ky had to earn my business and trust.
