Extremely disappointed with both Kia’s warranty process and this dealership. I brought my 2024 Kia Telluride in after the laminated front passenger window developed a crack that continued spreading over two weeks. The dealership photographed the damage, submitted it to Kia, and had a Kia regional representative inspect the vehicle. Kia denied the warranty claim, stating there was a tiny impact mark. I disagree with the conclusion, especially given how the crack continued to spread and where it appeared to originate. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. While I was waiting, I personally watched the Kia regional representative inspect my vehicle. A short time later, when I asked for an update, I was told he was “going to look at it,” even though I had already seen him inspecting it. To top it off, after denying the warranty claim, the dealership handed me an estimate for nearly $1,000 to replace a single door glass. I had already received quotes from reputable local auto glass shops ranging from $350 to $600 for the same repair. Charging nearly double after denying the warranty felt unreasonable. I expected better customer service and better support from Kia on a nearly new vehicle. Instead, I left feeling like the priority was finding a reason to deny the claim and then presenting an overpriced repair estimate. I will be taking my window replacement repair elsewhere for $350.

Buying our first new car was a huge and emotional step for us. Mike D'Incecco is exactly that person. His years of experience, deep knowledge, and personal approach made all the difference for our family. Mike didn’t just sell us a car; he performed a real miracle with our financing. He took the time to analyze our situation, gave us clear guidance, and led us through every single step. His expertise was exactly what we needed to feel confident. We also want to thank Eric Davis. He was professional and efficient, helping us navigate all the paperwork and clearly answering all our questions. We honestly didn’t expect that everything would turn out so perfectly. We are so happy to finally have the car we dreamed of! Huge thanks to the team — we will definitely be back for our second car!

I visited the dealership 24 hours earlier to schedule an appointment to bring my recent college grad daughter to test drive her first brand new car. I specifically requested two very specific models to test drive & to view multiple colors so she could make a solid decision on a car. Our salesperson did all the proper sales etiquette as we met but was off on a few specific details regarding colors, available engine sizes and also battery warranty on the the hybrid version of the vehicle... nothing world ending. Our test drive was no more than a 3 mile round trip. We literally got on the freeway & immediately exited a 1/4 mile up the road at the next exit and amongst the rush hour traffic. Once my daughter drove the lower line vehicle & we returned to the dealership, the salesperson chose to bypass the remainder of my original request and moved straight toward closing mode... using words that implied this was going to be my daughter's new car. We attempted to ask clarifying questions about options, colors & the other trim level that I originally requested to drive... I was at that point made aware VERY CLEARLY that they did not have the other specific trim level that I specifically inquired about the previous day AND told us "This is the last one we have in the color you want". As the father & main borrower of the car, I felt COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED when the salesperson verbally said to my daughter, "tell me are those factors even important to you?" as the salesperson dismissed my inquiries of specific options regarding other trims and available engines. Worst part about asking the question, was that the salesperson didn't even take the time to listen to my daughter's answers as to why those factors were important to her & I. We were made to feel as if we were asking too much to test drive the higher version of the car. Ultimately they found an even higher version of the car with the same turbo engine that we wanted to test drive. So you'd think that would do it, we'd be all set, NOPE! The car key was handed to us and we were told we could take the car for a test drive on our own, no salesperson with us to help us understand the new technology in this upper version of the car, AND we were told, that the car had about 14 miles of gas on the gas gage "So you should be good to drive around the automall circle." Are you kidding me? I just asked for the Turbo version of the vehicle, I want my kid to get out on the freeway and put her foot into the gas and feel her very first TURBO experience (she's 22 for the record & drives a hand me down 2009 kia spectra). She's blown away that no salesperson is joining us and watches the gas gage dop to 11 miles before even backing the car out of the parking space. Now she doesn't even want to test drive the car because she's worried that the car is going to run out of gas on the freeway during 5pm rush hour traffic. So I assure her that we'll be fine & have her drive to the nearest gas station, SO I CAN ADD FUEL to the car, that's what Dad's do, we fix things. First fuel stop I add 1.5 gallons of gas, but never registers on the gas gage. So we drive to another station & add 2 more gallons, car now registers 84 miles of fuel. SO I GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH having her drive to El Dorado Hills and back to the dealership. My kiddo figured out she absolutely wanted a TURBO, she hated the *SUPER LOUD* Crossbars on the roof and she was willing to order a higher model of the car in the color she wanted & without the GYNORMOUS sunroof. So we kindly parked the 2nd car in the parking lot & left the dealership as our original salesperson was attending to another party when we returned. We're Folsom residents for over 25 years now & still have never bought a vehicle from Folsom Automall despite buying 8 new vehicles in 25 yrs, ACTUALLY MAKE THAT 9 NOW. We drove to Davis 3 days later & purchased EXACTLY what my daughter wanted. Still looking for 2 more cars for my wife & I each.

They are the worst! They had our car for 2 weeks for a known recall and it took them 5 days to even look at it. Never a phone call. Couldn't get updates. Didn't have the part needed in stock. Uncaring. We are seriously considering selling our Kia. We'll never go back.

We made an appointment to see a specific car with Nazar and upon arrival, we were told that the car already sold and Nazar was not in, he was at home. No message or call letting us know that the car we scheduled to see was no longer available. We drove all the way out there for nothing. Horrible business practice and clearly no consideration for potential buyers.
