Asked twice about coming to look at truck and was told

Asked twice about coming to look at truck and was told yes we have it and we will pull it out front for you. I drove over 3 hours to get there and then they had trucked parked outside and said has been sold. And acted like they didn’t know. Would highly not recommend this place as they are dishonest.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for our shortcomings. Customer service and experience are the highest priorities for our dealership, and in this instance, we failed. This was a rare occurrence where a unit the store had in stock was available when you called to inquire and sold between that time and your arrival to the store. To be clear, we did not communicate well internally and failed in this instance, but there was no malice or dishonorable intentions, just a mistake.
