I came in today to drop off my current lease and get a new car. Waverly was helpful and informative and lead me to the right car without being pushy. If not for the other customers, I would of been in and out in a couple hours. Great service and a nice guy.

We found DARCARS online and saw that they had a number of excellent vehicles at exceptionally reasonable prices. We made a quick trip one afternoon and had a wonderful experience. Adula, our salesperson, was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very patient! We test drove a number of cars before finding the best one for us. Devin in the sales department was also great to work with -- he was fast but thorough and very helpful in navigating our lease. The whole process took just a few hours and we are thrilled with our car. Overall we had an exceptional experience at DARCARS and would highly recommend it!

I went to this dealer after being told by several other dealers there was nothing they could do for me and they got the job done. They were polite and service was fast. My sales rep was Waverly Chambers.

I would like to commend Darcars Finance Staff. While acquiring my loan, I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful Finance Managers (Juan and Devin). They worked diligently to get me a loan with an interest rate/car payment that I was comfortable with. Despite another staff person ( NO customer service skills at all) there that was trying his best to sell me my vehicle of choice at a very high interest rate/payment. Juan and Devin were really knowledgeable, adequate, and displayed great interest in my concern of what I wanted. I can't express enough how I REALLY APPRECIATE them. I look forward to doing business with them again!!!!!

I was in the market to purchase a vehicle over a year ago, but I couldn't find my salesperson from a previous dealership that sold me a vehicle. I found him, Waverly Chambers !!! When I got the word that he was at Darcars Toyota I immediately called and scheduled an appointment with him to test drive a vehicle. The vehicle I wanted was at one of their sister dealerships in Silver Springs and he went to pick it up for me. Waverly has EXCELLENT customer service and strive to make his customers happy. He always go above and beyond to make sure you get what YOU want. I would recommend anyone in the market of purchasing a vehicle to shop this location. I am VERY HAPPY with my new purchase of my new 2015 GMC Yukon!!!! It was worth the wait until I found Waverly Chambers. My husband will be in the market to purchase a truck soon and we are going back to make that purchase via Waverly.

My sales associate and finance person were outstanding! After having my car stolen I needed a replacement immediately and Waverly made that happen. I would absolutely recommend this dealership!
