I recently called Eagle Valley Motors to help me find another great reliable vehicle. Needless to say but there are lots of various options. I had the pleasure of working with Luis. He was Transparent, Fair, and Thorough ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and he went above and beyond to secure the best deal for me. Not only did I drive away in a Fantastic car,but I also left the dealership feeling Valued and Appreciated as a Customer. After test6 driving the vehicle and noticing several issues and reported them. AC did not work, was told would be serviced, alignment was off was told would be fixed, was not. There was a smell of burning oil, was told would be addressed, was not. After taking the vehicle could not reach salesman. Would leave messages and get no call back. Within the first 90 days the vehicle breaks down and was told coverage has elapsed. Did not get in writing so the promised services were never delivered.

Ryan Haffey at Eagle Valley Motors was the goat. He listened, explained, answered all the questions & even made me laugh, what girl doesn’t appreciate that. Go Ryan! 🙌🏼 All in all the process was simple, prices reasonable, & I was able to leave feeling confident in the process. And I’m in love w my new wheels! Thank you Eagle Valley Motors, couldn’t be more stoked.

This place is amazing and the employees are even better. An employee named Tony Romo helped me find a car that i love, he made sure he went over everything with me and made sure i understood it all, His great customer service made purchasing a car for the first time a simple task
