I almost purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza advertised at 91,499 miles from Eagle Valley Motors. After running the Carfax myself, I found a "Potential Odometer Rollback" warning. The history showed 65,292 miles in November 2023, 167,827 in July 2024, then 68,282 on an August 2024 emissions inspection. None of this was disclosed during the sale. The salesman, Toby, was extremely pushy about payment. He insisted we pull cash from an ATM, rode with us, and became frustrated and rude when I chose a money order and a wire transfer instead. We declined the dealership's financing and extended warranty. We never took possession of the vehicle. We canceled the money order and wire, returned the key, and issued a formal written cancellation. The main reason we walked away was the undisclosed odometer discrepancy. The high-pressure payment tactics made that decision easier. If you shop here, run your own vehicle history report and do not let anyone rush how you pay. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Bought a chevy eqhinox, sales guy said it was all wheel drive. Asked if it had ever been in an accident guy says no, they dont deal in salvage vehicles. Turning signal lever fell off, timing belt bad, transmission was welded together, had holes in it, engine mount was twisted, drive shaft warped. My dad's mechanic checked it out, said with the twisted mount and warped shaft, that damage was caused by a major accident, damage like that isnt from "normal wear and tear", told the sales guy needed a reliable vehicle because my kids diabetic and nearest hospital is 45 min away, and he sold me this car. Fast forward 1 year, had tried multiple times to get a service appointment and never got one.. so I took it back to their lot, parked it and told them my lawyers said it was breach od contract, that they make good on the contract or I take them to court. They took it as downpymnt for new vehicle, had to pay an additional 1000 down, new vehicle a ford edge, seemed okay, less than 3 months later? Check charging system light comes on, had to buy new batteey 5x's, called and left messages that I needed to get appointment for them to do diagnostic on vehicle to determine if repair needed was "owner caused", the warrenty doesnt allow you to go to another repair shop, and has a milage and time expiration, sent service request via website, got appointment for 2-3 months later. Texted day before ro veeify appointment, got reply to go pick up my spare keys....sent text detailing these issues, the response? That they have records of my service requests, and that I never showed for the appointment, that theyd be happy to assist but that my, MY behaviour was inappropriate, and if I changed my attitude, they'd assist. Didnt respond, and they cancelled the request, instead of making the appointment as I had requested. Since I have records as well, as well as copies of the previous contract and breach of it on their part, as well as the warranty and all its requirements before it kicks in, and screen shots of the service requests and texts, and call logs showing the many many calls I've made trying to get a service appointment, I will be giving the proofs to my attorneys and going the legal route to demand my money for the repairs as well as for my time, lost work, tows, and for breach of contract.

Scummy dealership, selling broke down vehicles, rust covered by paint, says they help with any credit but that is a lie as well. Then during the signing process they MAKE you sign a paper that states you WILL NOT sue them if something is wrong with the car. This is a family-owned business?!? The family is obviously out to screw the consumer.

I recently called Eagle Valley Motors to help me find another great reliable vehicle. Needless to say but there are lots of various options. I had the pleasure of working with Luis. He was Transparent, Fair, and Thorough ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and he went above and beyond to secure the best deal for me. Not only did I drive away in a Fantastic car,but I also left the dealership feeling Valued and Appreciated as a Customer. I highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a car at Eagle Valley Motors, especially if looking for a stress free car buying experience.

After test6 driving the vehicle and noticing several issues and reported them. AC did not work, was told would be serviced, alignment was off was told would be fixed, was not. There was a smell of burning oil, was told would be addressed, was not. After taking the vehicle could not reach salesman. Would leave messages and get no call back. Within the first 90 days the vehicle breaks down and was told coverage has elapsed. Did not get in writing so the promised services were never delivered.

Ryan Haffey at Eagle Valley Motors was the goat. He listened, explained, answered all the questions & even made me laugh, what girl doesn’t appreciate that. Go Ryan! 🙌🏼 All in all the process was simple, prices reasonable, & I was able to leave feeling confident in the process. And I’m in love w my new wheels! Thank you Eagle Valley Motors, couldn’t be more stoked.

We have officially bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and if we need to buy another later on we will be coming here again. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always honor any agreement and if something goes wrong on your new vehicle like a light comes on shortly after purchase they will work with you to get it checked out. Absolutely amazing dealership. Would tell anyone looking for a used car to go here first.
