Fast and easy process as well as a very knowledgeable about his products. Would highly recommend to any body. In addition very laid back, not pushy and helped us make the best choice for our family

Worst service ever!!!!!! Ever!!! Do not buy from here or do not get your vehicle serviced here!! Had to sell the vehicle the next week after being serviced. Never offered a rental.... rude..... horrible.

I didn't have to opportunity of visiting the dealer...

I didn't have to opportunity of visiting the dealer however my experience was one of the best and I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime. Tommy is experienced, professional and above all honest and trustworthy. He met me to deliver the car at least 200 miles from his dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. If you need a vehicle, he is the MAN!

Shawn was a great help this morning when I dropped my car off to be looked at and fixed he was very prompt and Kept in communication with me to let me know the issue and how long it may take for him to look at my car he was very polite and friendly and showed excellent customer service

Service Customer

I went to the dealership on 4/20 to have my oil changed, tires rotated, fuel enhancements as well as the maintenance check that is offered. I went back on 4/22 to have a valve cover replaced only to be informed that my coolant reservoir was empty. If they did the multi point vehicle check just 2 days ago why didn't they notice that my reservoir was empty then? I was informed that I had a leak at the water pump outlet and crank seal. However, I just had my water pump replaced less than 2 years ago here. Since leaving the dealership on Monday I had driven maybe a total of 15 miles if that but looking at my mileage from Monday to Wednesday would give you an accurate count and I saw no coolant leakage in my driveway or anywhere. This makes me a little concerned about if the services that I have been paying for I have really been receiving. I did express this concern to the service mgr and he said he would look into it. However I paid $93 for a oil change that was supposed to provide me the best service and I didn't even get what was stated. These are lean times for ppl and I don't have money to waste and when I pay for a service I expect to get it. How do I know if any all the other things I paid for were done? Not an unreasonable question.

Every detail was professional

I had my car repaired here during the Pandemic and used their pick up and delivery service. From the first to last call, everything was unbelievably easy and professional. Everyone was courteous and made the process much more simple than expected during a time when everything seems much more complicated than usual. Thank you!

Shawn Carver is an amazing service consultant. He helped me navigate a plethora of needs (several thousand dollars worth of service) with the same interest as if the vehicle was his very own. I was thoroughly impressed with his degree of knowledge and insightful line of questions geared toward getting every possible issue and areas of concern addressed. He not only made sure we covered things in detail but ensured I had transportation after drop-off and called me later the same day (twice) with updates then followed up with voicemail and a text when I didn't return his call once my vehicle was ready. I can't say "Thank You" enough for Shawn's level of care and attention to details. If you're fortunate enough to get his assistance, rest assured you are in willing and capable hands to have you back on the road with confidence!
