Well I just got my suv ford and I love it so far heavnt had no problem out of it just love it and mord

Went to look at a 22 civic in July of 2023.

Went to look at a 22 civic in July of 2023. Talked with salesperson named Josh on phone and text. Josh told us the price was negotiable so we drove 2 hours to test drive. Loved the car and was ready to buy at fair price. KellyBB price $27k-29k. JDPower price $28k-30k. Volunteer auto price was $34500. No negotiations. Asked them to help me understand how the car was worth that price. No explanation. Pay that or leave. Waste of my time. Don't expect a reasonable a price from this dealership.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!

LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! We were told we were being given a great deal and then scammed. The paperwork is VERY misleading, so we did not notice when we signed. I bought a Honda Pilot from them 3 weeks ago. They told my husband and I they were giving us enough on our trade-in to pay off the current loan on our Prius ($8300). They specifically said they couldn’t come down on the price of the Pilot (even though it was worth significantly less than the sticker price) because they were giving us such a great deal on the Prius trade-in. This is the only reason we accepted the deal because the MSRP on the Pilot was less than what they were selling it to us for. A couple weeks later, I am looking back at the paperwork and realize that something didn’t add up. While it looked as if they were giving us the full amount on our Prius ($8300), they actually rolled it to our new loan and only gave us $2500 trade-in allowance which is far less than the Prius is worth. They basically stole $5800 from us while making us think we were getting a good deal. When we spoke with the manager about this, of course he gives the generic answer that there’s nothing he can do. RUN!!! RUN FAR!!!

We had an overall wonderful experience with Donnie Lockett (a car salesman @ volunteer auto group). He went out of his way to make sure we got the truck we were looking for at a reasonable price. Would recommend Donnie Lockett to find what you need.

Simply an easy process. Talk to Gary!

Gary turned my crisis into a positive experience. I needed a car pronto and he worked with me at my timeline/pace (was not pushy or overbearing with excessive calls etc). I needed a week to get my ducks in a row and he listened. I was actually on my way to a different lot to get another car I was approved for … but thought I should go see him and what he has to offer. I’m glad I did. He was personable, understood my needs, wants, and financial means. While we didn’t go with the car of my dreams, I got a good reliable SUV that meets my needs. Gary has my business for life. Financing was seamless and professional. Worked out great terms … everyone was very professional. I simply can’t say enough good things… please go visit Gary… and let him know you read this review… as a former marketer (now fighting cancer) I know the importance of word of mouth referrals.

Worst experience ever

I had the worst experience with this car lot. My friend and I both purchased a car from them and two weeks later they come and told it and said that we lied about our job history. We did not lie about anything and they kept our down payment. Something needs to be done about this car lot because I've heard they've done it to more people than us. It's the worst experience I've ever had with the dealership

Stay away

Stay away said the deal was good two weeks later said we needed to resign some paperwork payment was going to go up from 600 to over 900

GO SEE BARBEE AND DAN!! Amazing Maryville Team

By far the best experience we've ever had. All the gentleman at the Maryville location were awesome, Especially Barbee and Dan. Barbee is down to earth listens to what you need/want and takes you from there. Showed us options after discussing our money flexibility so we knew up front what we could look at comfortably. For us that meant alot, two of our potential vehicles were at the Knoxville location Barbee sent us with Dan and allowed us to test drive another potential there once we got to the Knox location Dan was awesome kept us informed held conversation with our son and helped us test drive the others vehicles and we brought back our dream car (each location works with each other like a seamless team ,that was awesome to see no competition just teamwork) where Barbee worked us the deal of our lives . After that experience we will never buy another car anywhere else , we are Vol Auto for life !!
