Cal Lewis is an outstanding sales consultant at North Park Toyota. He was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and never pushy. What really stood out to me was his respectful follow-up — he stayed in touch without being overbearing, which I truly appreciated. Cal helped me trade in my vehicle and purchase *two* 4Runners with ease. His professionalism and approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly follow him to any dealership — he’s the only person I want to buy a car from!

Disappointed is an understatement, filed a complaint about a dealership (North Park Toyota 10703 SouthWest Loop 410, San Antonio Texas, 78211), regarding not filing the proper paperwork to IRS for a Clean Vehicle Tax Credit Report for 2024. This resulted in my missing out on receiving a $4000 Tax return during the 2025 IRS Tax filing. I corresponded with the Office Manager (Lolita Lewis) of North Park Toyota, starting 2/26/2025. North Park Toyota of San Antonio praises themselves as having exceptional Customer Service. From reviews I've read (after the fact) contradict their self evaluation. They were professional.

They were professional. The process was ‘no pressure’. I walked out with a new midnight blue, 2025, RAV4. The process took about 4 hours. We even engaged in person chatter, about family.

⭐ 1 Star – Dishonest, Rude, and Refused to Honor

⭐ 1 Star – Dishonest, Rude, and Refused to Honor Warranty I recently purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 from North Park Toyota along with a Bronze MPP warranty. Within a week of purchase, I discovered a serious issue with the exhaust manifold. Instead of standing by the warranty they sold me, the dealership misled me at every step and ultimately cancelled the deal and gave me back my trade-in because they did not want to honor what was promised. Here are the facts: Paul Barrientos (Sales Manager) told me my warranty was not active right away because it was a used car. That is completely false. Tony Ahrenstorff (Service Department) admitted to me that he was aware of the exhaust manifold issue and other problems before the sale. He also told me I had to drive 1,000 miles before the warranty would be active. Later, when confronted, he denied ever saying this. Tania Eubanks (General Manager) was the rudest of them all. She flat out told me my MPP Bronze warranty would not cover an exhaust manifold, even though it clearly should. This dealership knowingly sold me a truck with undisclosed issues, lied about how the warranty works, and then tried to dodge responsibility by cancelling the deal instead of doing the right thing. If you value honesty, integrity, and customer service, avoid North Park Toyota. They will take your money, mislead you, and then refuse to stand behind their word.
