won't haggle, been waiting for 3 weeks for a replacement key, vehicles don't have front or back floor mats, when you buy a vehicle, it should have a Full tank of gas.

Relaxing, no sales pressure
We are turned off by high pressure sales pitches from other dealerships. Felt very comfortable with Allen though. The signing process went as smooth as possible.

Amazing experience!
We worked with Russel and he was amazing. I definitely felt like I was in a good place and that I was going to get a great deal. Russel gave us great recommendations and helped us understand the ins and outs of the cars we were interested in. He explained everything in a very simple way that helped me to understand better. Amazing customer service. I didn't feel how I have in other places where they are trying to sell something expensive so they can make money, I felt that Russel cared about getting us a good deal and making sure we were helping it really made a difference for us. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Russel to others.

I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from this dealership, the brakes had been done by them in preparation for the sale. The brakes began to pulsate so bad it shakes the center council in the truck within a thousand miles after the purchase, I contacted the dealership and gave them a chance to fix the problem they chose not to.

We are sorry you feel this way Daryl Klemp. You bought your 2014 GMC Sierra with 90,104 miles on 10/30/19 which was 2 months ago and have put on roughly 4,500 miles on it. On 6/18/19 your truck was serviced here and had this list below all done before you test drove it and decided to purchase it. At some point you have to take ownership of the vehicle you purchased especially 2 months later. - Front brake pads replaced - Fluids checked - Oil and filter changed - Maintenance reminder reset - Tire condition and pressure checked - Front brake rotor(s) resurfaced - Vehicle washed/detailed - Interior cleaned - Light bulb(s) replaced
