Great service and friendly staff! Also I was provided with a loaner vehicle, which was picked up by their driver. Everything was great, thanks for the service!

Friendly staff willing to go the “extra mile.

Friendly staff willing to go the “extra mile.” We love the videos that get sent to our phones explaining what is being done to our vehicle while in for service.

Service was great Advisor handled everything.

Service was great Advisor handled everything. Mechanic found the issue and fixed the problem. Warranty handled the issue.

Service is always excellent.

Service is always excellent. Alex Szabo is the man! Disappointed Classic used a non-union electrical contractor to do their electrical work for the EV stations. IBEW and their families have bought countless number of cars from Classic. Appreciate all stores are built union (a directive form Mr. Brown Sr.) but we will do all electrical work

2hr 15min for an oil change!

2hr 15min for an oil change!! where the guy said they were on schedule and had guys standing around. Plus my vehicle was done (i had to notice) lt was the first vehicle of 4 vehicles facing the out door..... What was he waiting for. I will choose another dealer in the future.And the mail in oil change rebate is annoying FORD.
