They sold a car from underneath me. They are untrustworthy, ignored the fact I had complete financing ready to go. All because I had 2 questions that would have required them to take 10 min to ask and find out the answers to. These were basic maintenance and condition questions. Something very standard. They had me waiting all day for them to get to me. When in fact, they had sold the car hours before I finally called at the end of the day. No one called me back. No one called to apologize. Nothing just a horrible feel of a 90s used car salesman using slippery tricks In hindsight, I realized that I dodged a big bullet with these guys

Wanted to buy 2018 challenger hellcat. I spoke to DJ. I asked 2 questions - does it have hemi tick and are there any active DTCs? He didnt know what hemi tick is?!?!?! On the DTCs I explained, since he didnt know, that I need to know the status of scanning all the modules in the car when it went through their shop prior to sale. He whined about doing these 2 things until he knew I would be approved for a loan that I was getting to pay for part of it [other part cash]. I explained I believed I would get approved with a 831 credit score. I gave him the option of withdrawing my plan to buy from him if he wasnt comfortable doing these 2 things for me. He appeared to change his mind and offered to do replying tomorrow and I said OK. He then contacts me back right away to say he is not going to do it and that I should hire my own mechanic to inspect the car. So a knowledge sales person should know what hemi tick is and know that his car shouldnt have it. 2ndly there should be a report with the status of the scan when they did their pre sale inspection. 3rd he lied to me saying he would inquire and then said he wont. 4th a car worth $35k should have this info already done and available as this is a resonable ask of any buyer on a car worth this much. What a crappy way to treat people - I guess they dont want me as a customer!!!!!!!!

They ignored every message I sent them. I asked for a breakdown of costs(like if there were any dealer installed accessories) and what the out the door price would be. They did not even respond to my initial message via text and email. I assume they have a lot of surprise costs and like customers who don't ask questions and just accept any surprise costs

You would think any dealer would want to make a sale but Car Lux definitely made it seem like they didn’t. They gave me the run around for a week. I showed up many times only to be told the car isn’t there even though I have message(s) saying it is there hence why I showed up a total of 4 times from their salesman and a call log with their finance manager but they claim its AI. Human Interaction more like it. I wanted to speak to the manager but Mario approached me saying the manager doesn’t want to deal with it. That’s why he’s talking boring. Even worse when you think a person is a man of their word with a handshake and verbal promise. 10/10 for miscommunication, 10/10 for time wasted. 10/10 for horrid customer service.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I’ve purchased four vehicles from them, and each one has been great. The person who helped us this time was Dj, and he was exceptional from the moment we met. The car is beautiful, and I’ve never had any issues with any of the cars I’ve purchased here. The customer service is always amazing.
