I went to Stingray after I called the Used Car Sales and was sent a list of used cars at the dealership. I was interested in a 2019 Chevrolet Trax that they had at the lot. After looking at the vehicle and getting the carfax report I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. I was able to come to an agreement on the price. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and I was able to use my GM Card reward points to help purchase the car. The only downside was there is no 30 day guarantee on the vehicle. I think there should be at least a minimum amount of time for the vehicle guarantee.

Fairly quick for transmission filter and oil but it's the little details that matter. Other chevorlet dealerships would've filled the air in my tires (which takes seconds) as part of service, as well as a complimentary wash. Also since the service was done within an hr or so they could've worked on at least one or both my recalls for the car. Which I was told there probably wouldn't be enough time when I first walked in, even though my appointment was early at 11am. Speed is important but efficiency and making sure everything the costumer needs done, is completed, is important as well. So now I still need air in my tires and 2 recalls completed at another time with my busy schedule. Not ideal.

2nd buy in 6 months at stingray. Amazing experience with Dave and Shawn on the Sales side and Brandon in Finance. Happy to be a repeat customer!
